COACHING AND FACILITATION
The Core of Co-Discovery is a twelve month learning process in which Mary personally instructs and guides a group of no more than three dentists.
You will learn to provide your patients with the right information, at the right time,
in a way that is understandable and relevant.
This comprehensive program includes:
- Two Experiential Workshops
Twice during the year Mary meets in Seattle with a group of no more than three dentists for a two and a half day intensive program. Participants practice language and listening, and master clinical co-discovery skills in a challenging and supportive format. Through the use of audio, video, group discussion, and hands-on application we build on the individual skill level of each person.
- Monthly Phone Consults
To assure the implementation of your learning, every month Mary consults with each dentist on a patient treatment plan: You provide your clinical data and recommendations; Mary offers questions, ideas and insights to help you engage your patient in an active process toward health. These are not group teleconferences. Each phone call is a one - on - one conversation in which you collaborate with Mary to plan and present treatment for a current patient in your practice.

PRACTICE CONSULTING
For a limited number of practices each year who are ready to work intensively to create growth and change, we provide a personal coaching service. The process begins with an initial two-day visit in which Mary Osborne observes in your practice as you care for patients, then meets with you and your team. Together you assess your needs, establish preferred outcomes, and co-create a plan for an agreed upon timeframe.
MARY PERSONALLY PROVIDES:
- Communications training and development
- In-house workshops tailored to the needs of your practice
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality assessment and interpretation
- Leadership coaching

This is not a cookie cutter program. Mary commits to personally supporting your practice by phone, fax, email and practice visits to accomplish agreed upon goals. It is a highly individualized service designed to meet the needs of your practice and the goals to which you aspire. TEAM RETREATS
If you want a custom tailored workshop or retreat experience exclusively for your practice, you can bring your team to the beautiful Pacific Northwest, or Mary will come to your office or a nearby facility. She will help you identify issues, create a process, and communicate clearly about the challenges you face. She will model specific listening and language skills, as well as enthusiasm and creativity.
Mary is well known as an exceptional facilitator gifted with both wisdom and compassion. She will personally help you create a safe environment which fosters learning and growth, mutual accountability, and respect.
